Dr. Razia Isaeva

Rector, Khazar University, Baku, Azerbaijan

Dr. Razia Isaeva is Rector of Khazar University, with a PhD in Education from the University of Lapland and doctoral research at Middlesex University and Tallinn University. She has published widely on student engagement and quality assurance in post-Soviet higher education, and has served Khazar University since 2003, including as Dean of the School of Economics and Management. She now leads international research collaborations and Erasmus+-linked reforms advancing higher education across Azerbaijan.

Prof. László Trócsányi

Rector, Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary, Budapest

Prof. Dr. László Trócsányi is Rector of Károli Gáspár University of the Reformed Church in Hungary and a professor of constitutional and comparative public law. He holds a Doctor of Law degree from Eötvös Loránd University and built his academic career at the University of Szeged, with visiting professorships at Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 and the Catholic University of Louvain. He has served as a judge of Hungary's Constitutional Court, Minister of Justice, and Member of the European Parliament, and is Honorary President of the Ferenc Mádl Institute of Comparative Law.
